Our History

Frank Semmens, President, began his career more than 35 years ago, by directing a national translation project in Bolivia, South America, while he was serving as a Peace Corps volunteer. Translation continued to play a major role throughout his life.

From 1970 to 1985, he produced and directed a series of educational films and videos, many of which were translated into foreign languages and distributed throughout the world.

In 1988, TSI was officially created as a full service translation agency. The company is in its sixteenth year of providing high quality translations for international corporations throughout the United States and abroad.
